Former Chelsea defender Frank Sinclair has signed for Blue Square Premier side Wrexham on a one-year contract. The 37 year-old defender was on the Lincoln City books last season, and also spent time on loan at Wycombe Wanderers in the team that won promotion from League Two.

Sinclair spent the first decade of his career with Chelsea before moving on to play for Leicester City, and also made over 100 appearances for Premier League new boys Burnley between 2004 and 2007.

Frank Sinclair is a former Jamaican international, and will bring a massive amount of experience to the Wrexham backline which could prove to be incredibly useful to Dean Saunders in helping the team win promotion back up to the Football League.
